My focus as a coach is on helping you become the leader you’re meant to be - in all areas of your life. My approach to working with coaches is unique... because I've been there myself. I coached college swimming for 15 years before transitioning to what I'm doing now.

Since 2012, I've worked with coaches, athletes and teams as a leadership coach, consultant and facilitator. I've helped coaches find their dream jobs and expand as a leader in roles they're currently in. I've also helped coaches transition from coaching into other positions they love.

Every coach is different. (Just like every person you coach is different.) You have your own unique skills, gifts and talents that make you who you are.

I want to help you set yourself (and your team) up for success...so you can reach your goals while you have more fun together!
